These terms describe the photo restoration service offered by KinRestore, operated by Sidebot LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

KinRestore uses fal.ai models to restore digital photos automatically. Upload up to three photos to see watermarked previews before you choose whether to buy. There is no subscription. You can sign in with the email you used at checkout to find your purchased photos.

Prices are in US dollars: $59 for three photos or $29 for one. This is a one-time purchase through Whop embedded checkout. Review the final checkout total before paying.

After payment, full-resolution processing begins. Your purchase includes restored JPEG downloads without watermarks and one re-run per paid photo with different settings. A download link is also sent by email. Prints, frames, physical originals and human retouching are not part of this service.

Previews and AI limits

We aim to produce a preview in about a minute, but processing times vary with file size, your connection and model availability. Delivery timing is an estimate, not a deadline guarantee.

AI can misinterpret damage, invent details or change a person’s features. We do not guarantee an accurate likeness, historical accuracy or that every photo can be restored. No human reviews or retouches the output. Inspect every preview carefully before paying, especially the faces.

The preview is watermarked and lower resolution so you can judge the restoration before purchasing. Keep the original photo: a restored file is an AI interpretation, not a replacement for the original record.

If a face did not restore acceptably

If a face did not restore acceptably, contact us for a refund. You also get one re-run per paid photo with different restoration settings.

Email support@kinrestore.com with your order reference and describe the problem. You do not have to use the re-run before requesting a refund. Refunds are handled through Whop; the time for money to reach you depends on the payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your photos and acceptable use

Only upload photos you own or have the right and any necessary permission to restore. Do not upload illegal content or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Do not misuse the upload or preview tools, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.

You keep your rights in the originals. You allow Sidebot LLC and its service providers to store and process your photos as needed to create previews, fulfil your order and delete your files. We do not guarantee that AI-generated details qualify for copyright protection.

Downloads and deletion

All uploaded photos, previews and restored files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request from your download page. Save your downloads before then. Unpaid photos and previews are deleted 30 days after upload.

Keep your download link private and save your files locally. Use your download page to request earlier deletion, or contact us if you cannot access it. Once the files are deleted, we cannot provide another download or re-run from those files.

Availability and problems with an order

Model, storage or payment provider outages may delay the service. If payment completes but you cannot access your order, contact us with your receipt or order reference so we can help resolve delivery or a refund.

Operator and governing law

Sidebot LLC is the operator of KinRestore. These terms are governed by the laws of [State], subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
