Sidebot LLC operates KinRestore. This draft explains how we handle information when you preview, purchase and download an AI-restored photo.

What you share with us

We receive the photos you upload, their file names, file types and sizes, and information needed to connect them to your order. Photos can contain faces and other personal details, so only upload photos you have the right to use. Embedded photo metadata, such as camera and location information, is stripped during ingestion.

We use an order reference and download link to connect you with your photos. You can also sign in with an email link to find your purchased photos. We store your email address and sign-in session to provide that access. We receive an email address and payment status from checkout to deliver your download link and help with your order. If you email us, we also receive what you include in that message.

Our service may receive IP addresses, browser information, request times and technical logs to operate the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.

Where your photos go

Your originals, watermarked previews and full-resolution results are held in object storage. Your photos are also sent to fal.ai for processing by its AI models. Restoration is automated: no human looks at your photos as part of the restoration process.

Storage, model and email providers process information needed to provide their services. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Our deletion schedule applies to the files we control; it is not a promise about separate provider logs or legally required records.

Keep your download link private. Someone with the link may be able to access or delete the photos in that order.

Payments

Whop handles checkout and payment data. We receive order details such as payment status, amount, receipt identifier and email address; we do not receive or store your full card number. Whop handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and measurement

We use the Meta pixel in the browser and Meta Conversions API on the server to measure visits and purchases and understand how ads perform. These tools may send Meta page URLs, browser or device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers and purchase event details, including order value, currency and an event identifier.

The browser and server use a matching event identifier so the same purchase can be counted once. Photos are not included in these advertising events. Browser privacy settings and tracking blockers may limit browser measurement; they do not necessarily stop server-side purchase measurement.

Deletion and keeping your copies

All uploaded photos, previews and restored files are deleted 30 days after delivery, or sooner on request from your download page. Save your downloads before then. Unpaid uploads and their previews are deleted 30 days after upload.

Use the deletion control on your download page to request earlier removal. If you cannot access that page, email us with your order reference. Deleting your files removes access to them; download your own copies first.

Payment providers may retain transaction records, and we may retain limited payment or support records needed for refunds, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Those records are separate from your photo files.
